Open the Fitness Cards app.
From the drawer menu on the left select what kind of workout you want to do today: Core, Upper body, Lower body, or Total body, or a combination of all.Perform each exercise for a minute before moving on to the next one.
Beginners: You can always start with 20 - 30 second and build your endurance until youre able to train for a full minute.Rest 60 seconds after completing all 4 exercises or as needed.Repeat 3 - 4 times and watch your body get stronger with each workout.Make a habit by training 3 - 5 days per week.
Beginners: Start with 1 - 2 days per week until you feel like you can add more.If you need extra information on how to perform your exercises correctly, find me on social media @mybestfitnessroutine - I have plenty videos posted for you to get inspired from.Go start your fitness routine and get healthy!
